Best Budget Smartwatches Under $250 (2026): High-Value Wearables Tested
You no longer need to spend $400+ to get a 1,500-to-2,000-nit AMOLED display, dual-band satellite GPS, offline maps, or life-saving crash detection. Fierce competition in the sub-$250 tier has turned budget smartwatches and bands into some of the highest-value hardware in consumer tech.
Whether you want native iOS integration via the Apple Watch SE 3 ($249), a 14-day dual-band GPS all-rounder in the Amazfit Balance ($199), offline trail maps under $100 in the Amazfit Active 2 ($99), or a 21-day aluminum fitness pill in the Xiaomi Smart Band 9 ($49), these picks deliver maximum utility per dollar.
