RingConn Gen 2 vs Samsung Galaxy Ring

The RingConn Gen 2 is the endurance and value champion of the smart ring world: its ultra-slim 2.0mm titanium profile packs a 10-to-12-day battery life (plus up to 150 days of off-grid recharges via its pocket charging case) alongside continuous SpO2 sleep apnea monitoring. Better still, every sleep, HRV, and stress metric in the RingConn app is 100% subscription-free for life across iOS and Android.

Crafted with a scratch-deflecting concave Grade 5 Titanium profile and paired with a jewel-like transparent LED clamshell charging case, the Samsung Galaxy Ring is a hardware triumph for Android users. It delivers 7-day battery life, Double Pinch camera/alarm gestures, and subscription-free Galaxy AI Energy Scores inside Samsung Health—especially when worn alongside a Galaxy Watch, which automatically arbitrates sensors to extend battery life by up to 30%.
