Editor's Verdict
The original RingConn Smart Ring Gen 1 proved that a comfortable, softly squared titanium smart ring could deliver 7-day battery life, a 500mAh portable charging case, and comprehensive 24/7 HR/HRV/SpO2 tracking without a monthly subscription fee. While the slimmer Gen 2 doubles battery endurance and adds sleep apnea screening, the Gen 1 remains a reliable budget pick whenever discounted.
